With a little extra know-how, families can rekindle their love affair with vegetables. Here are some tips on how to cook with more vegetables, starting out with dinner tonight.

Add more flavour

Vegetables naturally have a lot of flavour.  How about adding yet more flavour to make them even tastier? All it takes is herbs, spices and Knorr seasonings to tempt even the most reluctant family members to eat up their veggies! 

Cook with a variety of colours and textures

Keep your meals interesting by trying new vegetables with different dishes. Choose veggies in a rainbow of colours, and – whenever possible – leave the skins on, to retain more flavour, nutrition and texture.

For the fussy eaters, sneak them in

Shred or grate vegetables like baby marrows, carrots, cauliflower and squash, or purée them in a blender, and add them to your family’s favourite pasta dishes, pizzas, curries or sishebos.
