In today’s fast-paced society, it has become increasingly difficult to develop and maintain a positive balance between our professional and personal lives. Homework, busy extramural schedules, meetings and deadlines have disrupted this balance and it is threatening quality mealtimes around the world.

Healthy living goes beyond the food that we choose to consume – it is centred on the fact that we need to live out healthy, active and balanced lives to achieve our optimum health. Unilever conducted a study among more than 6,000 adults in 12 countries including South Africa to better understand societal shifts.
